Who is responsible

Keynoviq ([legal business name], [address]) is responsible for your personal data. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
  • Orders: what you bought, the price, the keys delivered to you, and the email address PayPal shares with us.
  • Messages: what you send through the contact form, and the IP address it came from (to block spam).

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card number. PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To create your account, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations such as keeping sales records.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart and your light/dark mode choice are stored in your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

Who we share it with

Only with services that run the shop: Cloudflare (hosting and database), PayPal (payments) and our email provider (sending your keys). We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account is open. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for sales records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
