Buying
Are these keys genuine?
Yes. They're Microsoft product keys that activate online through Microsoft's own servers, and your copy keeps getting normal updates.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the license. There are no renewals.
Can I buy for several PCs?
Yes. Each key activates one PC, so increase the quantity in your cart. You'll get one key per PC.
Which payment methods can I use?
PayPal, or a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Delivery
How fast will I get my key?
Most orders are delivered within an hour, at most within 24 hours. You get an email and the key also appears in your account.
Where do I find my key?
In the email we send you, and any time under My orders & keys in your account.
I didn't get an email
Check your spam or promotions folder, then look in your account. Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact us with your order number.
Activation
How do I activate?
Follow our step-by-step guides for Windows and Office. It takes a few minutes.
Can I reinstall later?
Yes. Reinstall on the same PC and enter the same key again.
What if the key doesn't work?
Send us a screenshot of the error within 14 days. We fix it or send a replacement key, and refund you if we can't.

Do I need an account?
Yes. An account keeps your keys safe in one place, so you can find them again any time.

Contact us from the email address on your account and we'll help you reset it.
